Embracing the luxuriously convenient experience of Shortcut--an on-demand barber service--into their app and website.
Shortcut, still new as a company, is ramping up with a website and app.
Their site needs the added functionalities of booking, especially for corporations or events. It's what people first see and what people are going to want to look at first before taking the leap.
Their app needs to give the same feel as the website, but provide quick and painless flow from choosing services to checking out.
Shortcut is luxury and convenience, without sacrificing quality.

SOLUTION FOR WEB
See their current website here.

first thing you see
how do we quickly engage someone's attention
getting our point across and answering their questions--is it messy? can I trust this service?
Having a final shout out so people know they're based in New York and they finish with a final note to check out their service and DL the app
Catering towards a different set of audience
